Our general health card is for those receiving health care services. It identifies specific health problems that may be associated with chronic stress and offers guidance on how to talk to their children or trusted friends.

This card can be used by health care and community based providers to distribute as part of universal education with families to discuss Childhood Experiences (ACEs), relationships, and resilience.
